1972 Mercedes-Benz 280SE 3.5 V8 - W108

This 1972 Mercedes-Benz 280SE is in spectacular condition. In the 2018 it was treated to a full body restoration and repaint at Cardock Classics, at a no expense spared budget of €30,000. The history file includes its original bill of sale, a full book pack, data card and service invoices.
The exterior is finished in a Blue Metallic (906) and is complimented by a navy MB-Tex interior. It’s powered by a 3.5 litre V8 engine, thats fast and refined at modern motorway speeds.

The paintwork is in excellent condition with deep gloss finish all round and even panel gaps and there are almost no perceivable age related marks. The bumper chromes have a mirror reflection with very slight age related wear. The wheels are fitted with almost new, period correct Michelin MXV tyres.
The interior upholstery is flawless and the wood trim was fully restored in 2018. There are 4 electric windows, a period correct radio and a discreet bluetooth audio speaker is fitted. This 280SE starts instantly, idles correctly and drives just as it should.

The underside, engine bay and unseen areas of this W108 are in remarkable condition. The car has clearly led a sheltered life and should not be confused with so many tired cars on the market. The correct factory 14″ steel wheels and colour coded hub caps are fitted with a matching set of Michelin MXV tyres on all four corners.
